If they are in the brain of an adult and can think as an adult, they are not a minor. Form isn't everything which is important for people to understand
No, I think once you've crossed the line of associationg child anything to sexual anything you've crossed a hard line you should not cross as an adult - and It would only be something remotely reasonable for individuals with deep historical trauma that they're working out and they should be working those things out in private with a professional - not expressing it on the internet.
I think the same rule applies - I use reasonable judgement - if I think the person in question is anywhere near beastiality I will harshly judge them for it or at least believe something is wrong and they need to be working themselves out with a therapist - not talking about it online.

lol so many people here nowadays would not have been able to handle the 2012-2013 tulpa community. Pony tulpas in relationships with their hosts left and right. And guess what? Nothing wrong with that because a form is nothing more than an imaginary image and pony tulpas are not actually ponies because everyone is in a human brain. Which you think would be obvious but apparently not always?
Pony tulpas are another one of those "weird" cases where I believe they're so anthromorphised that it's hard to make firm judgements. People do get involved in that sort of thing and eventually cross lines - though.
I don't care if it's entirely a horse with the mind of twilight sparkle, so long as it has the mind of twilight sparkle and you're not abusing real animals.
I am not sure what to think of this - I primarily think we have yet to understand the impacts and it's best not to regulate until we do - but there is plenty of room for this sort of thing to be harmful as well.
If you think a certain type of art is gross or absolutely hate it, I 100% understand that. But there's a problem when it is compared to the IRL equivalent.
People act as if artwork, games, etc. are mind control that will completely warp a person's sense of morality and right/wrong. But it is common sense that things such as murder, rape, etc. are not acceptable, and if someone does those things, it has nothing to do with something they read or watched. By blaming media, you are taking accountability away from the perpetrator
if someone has fantasies with tulpas that are minors, it is nothing illegal about it (i have no idea where pooch got this from), but the tendencies should be cured

Is it possible for a tulpa to progress quickly from yesterday in the morning to now from alternating from alot of passive and active forcing sessions- I think my tulpa has progressed alot and is more or less sentient now and usually paints,
